Sports & Remedial Massage
Have you got a tight neck and shoulders from working on a computer all day? Perhaps you are a marathon runner who requires regular maintenance massage, or someone who just needs to "iron out a few knots". We can provide a sports and remedial massage to suit your needs.
Injuries, Pain and Rehabilitation
We have experience with a range of sporting and other musculo-skeletal injuries and will generally use a combination of physical therapy and soft tissue techniques, together with rehabilitation exercises to get you back to doing the things you love.
Dry Needling for pain relief
Dry needling is a valuable treatment used for chronic pain, stiffness, and deactivation of myofascial trigger points. Using single-use sterile acupuncture needles, dry needling works by changing the way your body senses pain (neurological effects), and by helping release trigger points in the muscle.
Clinic Hours
Due to limited room availability at present, appointments can be offered as follows:
Wed and Fri 9:30am - 2:30pm
Wed evenings from 6:30-9pm
Sat: Currently not offering Saturday bookings
Sun: Closed
